What we collect and why
Order and inquiry forms. When you submit a form we receive the data you enter: company name and code, addresses, the contact person’s name and position, phone number, email address, information about the waste and your notes. We use it only to answer your inquiry, prepare an offer, and conclude and perform a contract. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); where a company representative contacts us, our legitimate interest in communicating with the client (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Emails and calls. If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and the content of the correspondence to reply.
Technical data. The website servers (Amazon Web Services) briefly log IP addresses, browser type and request time, which is necessary for secure operation and abuse prevention.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies and does not store any other information on your device (such as browser local storage). It has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, so no cookie consent banner is shown – none is needed.
Map. The map on the Contacts page is not loaded automatically. Only when you click “Show map” does your browser download map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap Foundation servers, which then see your IP address; they set no cookies.
Links to other websites. Links to Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Maps open only when you click them – those websites’ own privacy and cookie rules then apply.
Who receives the data
We do not sell data or share it for marketing. It is processed only by our service providers acting on our instructions: Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (website hosting and form email delivery, data stored in the EU) and Microsoft (email). We disclose data to public authorities only where required by law.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and correspondence are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact if no contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for its duration and for as long as accounting and waste-accounting laws require.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Contact info@horecasprendimai.lt – we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
